All homes have a fitted kitchen with all the white goods (fridge, dishwasher, cooker, oven, extractor, washing machine and electric hot water boiler) and double-glazing throughout. There are dual purpose air conditioners in the living room and in each bedroom. According to personal preferences, fittings such as internal doors, kitchen cupboards, flooring, ceramic tiles and overall internal colour schemes can be chosen from a selected range. A price list has been compiled offering Furniture Packages. Our aim is to enable homeowners to enter a fully equipped home with no work. You only need to choose a style and colour from our selected range and let us do the rest. The key objectives were efficiency and energy saving when Tatilbelen homes were designed. Services include: generator for power cuts, clean water tank, central satellite system, wireless internet connection, garden and green roof watering systems, private shuttle service, 24/7 security guard, security cameras and entrance with an access code. Technical Specification Tatilbelen homes are being built with top quality materials, designed to protect against environmental effects. The materials have been chosen carefully, not only to provide natural insulation, but to save energy in air-conditioning and heating systems, and also offer excellent sound insulation. The bricks porous material is both waterproof and fireproof. Plumbing is of the highest standard. The villas and apartments have 20 years of structural guarantee and 3 years of interior guarantee by MRT Construction PLC. A.... Main Building 1.... Carrier System The houses will be made of earthquake proof skeleton carrier system, hollow coating between floors that provides sound insulation and heat insulating walls. 2.... Facades Facades will be painted with silicone or acrylic based exterior paint over water insulated coating. The lower floors of the buildings will be covered with slate. 3.... Roofs Roofs will be water insulated. A green roof will be made over the insulation layers and local plants without care requirement will be planted. A system will be established for watering these plants and PVC pipe and strainers will be placed to take rain water. B.... Fine Structure 4.... Constructions Windows, balcony and terrace doors will be double glazed PVC, main entrance door will be fitted with steel bar support and inner doors will be readymade panel doors. 5.... Floor and Wall Coatings Interior walls will be painted with plastic paint over plaster and ceilings will be painted with ceiling paint. Styrofoam papier mache will be placed in the ceiling corners of the walls. In the Villas the floors of the living-rooms will be marble and the floors of the bedrooms will be covered with ceramic tiles. There will be 3 colour options for these ceramic tiles. In the duplex villas, the stairs will be marble. In the 1st floor and ground floor apartments the floors of the living-rooms and bedrooms will be covered with ceramic tiles. There will be 3 colour options for these ceramic tiles. 6.... Installations PVC material will be used for the waste water pipes, and copolymer material will be used for the clean water pipes and fittings. For the electrical installations a system without junction box will be applied. There will be telephone lines in the living section and the bedrooms, central satellite system will be installed and cable distribution will be made to the living areas of the independent sections. There will be 2 options for switches, sockets and telephone devices. 7.... Bathrooms Ceramic tiles will be used for the bathroom floors and up to half height on walls. There will be 3 colour options for these ceramic tiles. On the other half of the walls waterproof decorative wall paint will be used. All sanitary ware, fittings and bathroom/wc accessories will comply with the standards. Shower trays will have shower cabinets. 8.... Entry bridges and pergolas Entry bridges and pergolas will be made of metal and wooden components. 9... Air conditioners There will be a dual purpose air conditioner each bedroom and also in the living room. C.... General areas, installations and complementary items 10.... Social facility The social facility with outdoor and indoor pools will be constructed according to the approved projects and furnished with the materials of the quality used in the houses. 11.... Purifying, Power Generator, Water supply and pressure tank system The central satellite system, power generator, clean water tank, purifying water tank and required distribution lines will be constructed to meet the needs of the estate. 12....
