Refundable 500 EUR security deposit required with final balance payment.
25% of rental rate is to be transferred to a bank account to insure booking, and the rest is paid upon arrival.
Cancellation fees:
10 percent of the total rental fee will be deducted from the deposit if the booking is cancelled within a month or less of the arrival date. Otherwise, if cancelled before that, no cancellation fees will be accounted for.
