We are now very proud to be one of the first families which started an accomodation infrastructure as soon as we were free to do so. It is not ancient, we only started this in the beginning of the 90ies, but since then we have grown our business. People like staying in our appartments and that means that we are doing a good job!
We started first in Tirana. Some of the central hotels which belonged to the Communist government collapsed with the the regime and as there was demand for short rental appartments we started offering one room in our own flat. Today we have ended with offering appartments in Tirana, Vlora and soon we will start also offering village cottages in holiday areas of this new beautiful country which is Albania.
We are offering very good conditions for leisure and business travellers. All appartments are equipped with air conditioners, bathroom and toilets, tv, balconies, internet connection and they are greatly located in the city center of Tirana or Orikum in Vlora.
