The building comprises of 15 apartments and is very conveniently situated, being 100m off Ataturk Boulevard (the main road from Didim to Altinkum), with Didim town centre (Yenihisar) just on the other side of that road. The Migros supermarket is a seven minute walk back towards Altinkum.
There is an olive grove opposite the front of the building; this is designated “green land” and as such cannot be built on. The exterior is beige and cream, the garden is covered with stone chippings and planted with small conifers, and the block is surrounded by a very distinctive and attractive local natural stone wall.
The main entrance is across a short bridge over the front garden and through an imposing steel triple door with bronze mirror glass, which leads to the tiled hallways and marble staircases and an elevator to all floors.
These apartments have been designed with all year living in mind as they are exceptionally large and are very close to all the local amenities. There is a bakery adjacent to the rear, so fresh warm Turkish bread is always available.
Some of the apartments have a separate kitchen, some are open plan so you can choose whichever you prefer. As well as being spacious there is plenty of natural light, giving a bright and airy feel to all the rooms.
In addition to being very well designed, the finish to the building is of a very high standard, and you cannot fail to be impressed when you first walk round any of the apartments.
Although as said they are designed for all year living, they would also be ideal as a holiday home being only a ten minute bus ride away from the main beach in one direction, and the same distance away from the village of Mavisehir in the other.

There is no swimming pool, but any hotel is happy for you to use theirs if you buy a drink there! The nearest is just a ten minute walk away.
